Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free FBA all over the world. You will receive your delivery in 7-14 business days.

If you live far from the centers, it takes us a bit longer to reach you, so you might receive your delivery up to 15 days.

Our delivery drivers will deliver to your apartment door if your apartment has a lift. If your apartment does not have a lift, our drivers are happy to deliver up to three flights of stairs (i.e. 30 steps).

Please be mindful that due to COVID19 related restrictions, there may be some circumstances where a driver is unable to deliver to the apartment door, e.g. your apartment strata does not allow non-residents to enter the building.

All our furniture items are delivered by a courier up to your nominated delivery street address. For safety (OH&S) reasons our couriers are not allowed to enter your home, or carry the items up more than three flights of stairs. If you think you'll struggle with the bigger or heavier boxes, we recommend inviting someone over to help.

Please note if you live in an apartment block, our drivers may not be able to take your items to your front door so you may have to meet them at the front.
